The E12-E20 EVO series of three-wheeled forklifts offers a wide range of models with different battery sizes, working heights, and aisle widths, and can be configured to meet any requirement. These forklifts enable precise load handling in even the tightest spaces. Thanks to the rotating central axle, operators can turn up to 180 degrees with a single turn of the steering wheel. Two three-phase AC motors integrated into the front axle provide powerful drive, with excellent acceleration and top speeds. 48- or 24-volt batteries supply the necessary power. The energy management system optimizes battery utilization and minimizes consumption. Furthermore, all E12-E20 EVO forklift models can be equipped with lithium-ion batteries, enabling multi-shift operation without battery changes.

Ergonomics

Like all Linde forklifts, the E12-E16 EVO series also features a comprehensive ergonomic design that enables efficient and fatigue-free operation. The forklifts are controlled by the precise Linde Load Control system for all mast functions, as well as by efficient dual-pedal control. The spacious cab offers ample legroom and numerous storage compartments. The mast and axle are decoupled from the chassis and the operator's cab, meaning minimal vibration is transmitted to the cab and the operator. Additional highlights of the EVO generation include an extended access step and an adjustable unit comprising the armrest and seat.

Handling

Three-wheeled forklifts are particularly noteworthy for their agility: their drive axle allows for a steering angle of up to 180 degrees, enabling the forklift to turn from the center of the front axle. When turning, the two front wheels rotate in opposite directions, reducing tire wear, minimizing damage to floor surfaces, and ensuring excellent maneuverability. Maintenance

The E12-E20 EVO electric forklifts feature particularly economical maintenance intervals: the first service is not required until 1,000 operating hours. Transmission oil changes are only necessary after 3,000 operating hours, and hydraulic oil changes after 6,000 hours. Maintenance considerations were taken into account from the outset of the forklift design. These considerations include easy access to all components for repairs, service panels for maintenance, and minimized maintenance tasks. Key forklift components subjected to heavy loads are completely maintenance-free, including the integrated drive axle with brakes and three-phase motors, the mast and tilt cylinders, and the hydraulic braking system. Furthermore, the installation of replacement parts is extremely simple.
