The E20–E35 electric forklifts are ideal for indoor use. Their compact design and agility enable high load handling performance, even in narrow aisles. The twin-motor front drive, combined with Linde's combined steering axle, provides exceptional maneuverability. Thanks to the common platform shared by both electric and combustion engine models, the electric forklifts also feature improved ergonomics and a spacious operator's seat. This synergistic platform design offers the operator significantly more space and a remarkably comfortable driving experience.

Security

One of the key safety features is the excellent operator visibility, thanks to the streamlined mast design, narrow A-pillar, and recessed front panel. The overhead guard design provides a virtually unobstructed view, even upwards, during loading and unloading. The truck's low center of gravity, combined with a high steering axle, enhances safety against tipping on curves. Standard Linde Curve Assist further reduces speed based on the steering angle. Standard Linde Load Assist also protects against accidents caused by falling loads. If the load tilts too far forward during lifting, the assistance system reduces the forward tilt and lifting speed according to the lifting height.

Ergonomics

The operator's cab is spacious and, thanks to the ergonomic seat, offers a comfortable driving position that prevents muscle strain and fatigue. The wide field of vision provides a clear view in all directions, both of the load and the surroundings. All essential controls are positioned directly around the operator, thus reducing physical effort. Thanks to an additional elastomer ring bearing for damping on the front axle, the decoupling of the chassis from the steering axle and mast improves the driving feel, even on uneven surfaces. The transmission of vibrations and shocks to the operator is substantially reduced. Furthermore, the noise level caused, for example, by the rattling of fork supports or lifting chains is decreased. Both of these factors reduce operator fatigue and improve work performance.

Handling

The E20–E35 electric forklifts are exceptionally maneuverable, thanks to the combination of front-wheel drive with two motors and a patented combined steering axle. The raised tilt cylinders, combined with the torsionally rigid mast design, also provide high residual load capacity and safe load handling at lifting heights of up to 6.5 meters. The new reluctance synchronous motor improves the forklift's power curve and substantially increases energy efficiency. Thanks to the standardized design, customers can freely choose between a lead-acid battery, a lithium-ion battery, or a fuel cell. This allows, for example, the continued use of existing batteries. Wireless access to forklift data and control enables integration into logistics, security, and fleet management systems, as well as the analysis of information on forklift usage and status.

Service

The standard 3.5-inch display allows the operator to view all important information at a glance, such as remaining autonomy, indicator lights, and operating hours. Remote firmware updates and remote fault diagnosis eliminate the need for on-site service technicians. Maintenance intervals are calculated based on continuously transmitted operating hours. Remote diagnostics enable early identification of wear and potential damage. Timely maintenance or repair prevents serious consequences. Modular mast and operator station components can be quickly and easily replaced, minimizing downtime for repairs.
