The E35-E50 electric forklifts are ideal for efficient indoor load handling. Combined with the twin-motor front drive, Linde's combined steering axle provides exceptional maneuverability. This is how the E35-E50 models achieve high load handling performance even in confined spaces. The newly developed variable reluctance synchronous motors, along with the intuitive operating concept featuring dual pedal control and Linde Load Control, as well as excellent visibility, ensure precise work and maximum performance in any situation. Furthermore, thanks to the common platform for both electric and internal combustion engine counterbalance forklifts, the electric forklifts offer a spacious and comfortable operator workstation and improved ergonomics. The chassis is decoupled from the mast and the drive and steering axles by rubber bearings. This protects operators from impacts caused by uneven floors. Thanks to a wide range of models, extensive standard equipment, and numerous optional extras, these forklifts can be used in a variety of ways and optimally adapted to individual customer needs. Additional attachments, such as multi-pallet handlers or pipe clamps, offer even more application possibilities.

Security

The slim, asymmetrical mast profile, narrow A-pillar, and low front plate provide the operator with excellent visibility of the load and the entire work area. Even when handling loads at height, visibility is virtually unobstructed thanks to the narrow roof struts. A bulletproof glass roof is also available as an option. The truck's low center of gravity and high steering axle ensure maximum lateral stability. Furthermore, standard safety systems reduce the risk of rollover accidents: Linde Curve Assist brakes the truck on curves, and Linde Load Assist increases stability against tipping when loading and unloading at height. An automatic parking brake is also standard equipment. A variety of optional lighting solutions, warning devices, and assistance systems further enhance safety during load handling and in areas with other vehicles and pedestrians.

Ergonomics

The E35–E50 models offer an ergonomic and intuitive operating concept in a spacious and comfortable operator's cab. The steering wheel, dual pedals, and Linde Load Control levers integrated into the armrest require minimal effort. The drive and steering shafts, as well as the lifting mast, are decoupled from the chassis by rubber bearings, protecting the operator from shocks and vibrations. A wide range of ergonomic seats provides active protection against postural strain. Air suspension, lumbar support, and seat heating and ventilation offer additional comfort. The 3.5-inch display provides the operator with a quick overview of important forklift information. A 7-inch display is available as an option.

The intuitive operating concept, ergonomic operator station, and optimized visibility allow the operator to control the forklift safely and precisely in any operating situation, resulting in excellent load handling performance. The electric forklifts also operate safely when loading and unloading at height: the upper tilt cylinders and torsionally rigid mast construction ensure high residual load capacity and torsional stability. The energy management system guarantees efficiency with maximum performance. The forklifts can be powered by lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries, as well as fuel cell technology.

Service

The robust design of the E35–E50 models ensures high availability. This is achieved, among other things, by wear-free and maintenance-free components, such as the twin-motor front drive, encapsulated power electronics, and lubrication-free tilt cylinders. The hydraulic lift system oil only needs changing after 6,000 operating hours. The standard 3.5-inch display shows the operator all important information, such as remaining operating time, warning messages, and operating hours. Software updates and fault diagnostics can also be performed remotely. This results in fewer on-site interventions, reducing overall service costs. Regularly recorded operating hours serve as the basis for calculating maintenance and repair appointments for precisely tailored service.
