Ergonomics

Therefore, all controls on the E60–E80 forklift models are positioned directly around the operator for intuitive handling. The operator accelerates and reverses using dual pedals, while the Linde Load Control levers integrated into the armrest precisely control all mast movements with just the fingertips. This eliminates unnecessary movements that increase fatigue. The seat and armrest unit offers multiple adjustments. Furthermore, the mast and axle are decoupled from the drive shaft and operator cab by rubber bearings to prevent bumps and vibrations from being transmitted to the operator.

Maintenance

The fully encapsulated travel motor and hoist drive, along with Linde's signature electronic control protection, give these electric forklifts exceptional reliability. Water-cooled power components ensure high availability, even under extreme conditions. The E60–E80 forklift models are characterized by extended maintenance intervals. In fact, the entire drive axle—including the three-phase AC motors, reduction gear, and oil-immersed multi-disc brakes—is maintenance-free. General maintenance is required every 1,000 operating hours, and the hydraulic oil must be changed after 6,000 hours.
