Security

The Linde Protective Frame safeguards the operator: The operator's canopy and frame form a solid, enclosed protective zone. The streamlined mast profiles offer the operator optimal visibility of the load and the work area ahead. This design is made possible by the vehicle's upper tilt cylinders. Another important safety feature is Linde Curve Assist. This assistance system reduces speed when cornering, thus minimizing the risk of the forklift tipping over. The Linde Engine Protection System monitors key engine parameters, such as oil pressure, coolant level, and temperature, and warns the operator of impending engine damage and indicates when maintenance is required.

Ergonomics

The operator benefits from a spacious cab with ample legroom. Comfortable seats, an ergonomic operating concept, and a clearly visible display showing important forklift information all contribute to reduced fatigue. The operator can precisely and tactilely control every movement of the lifting mast with their fingertips, while their arm remains relaxed on the armrest. Furthermore, the mast and axles are decoupled from the cab by rubber bearings. As a result, virtually no vibrations or shocks are transmitted to the operator.

Handling

The direct hydrostatic drive ensures smooth, precise, and jerk-free movement, supported by robust diesel, LPG, or natural gas engines that deliver high torque with minimal fuel consumption. Linde's proven dual-pedal control system guarantees efficient operation. Furthermore, all mast functions can be controlled with pinpoint accuracy using Linde Load Control. This results in a substantial increase in productivity during load transport and storage.

Service

Linde's internal combustion engine forklifts are characterized by very long maintenance intervals: The first inspection takes place after 1,000 hours of service. After 3,000 hours of operation, service technicians check the tilt cylinders and suspension components and replace the ventilation, pressure, and suction filters. Hydraulic oil changes can wait until 6,000 hours. These long intervals are made possible by a number of design features, including, for example, new high-performance filters and maintenance-free components in the tilt cylinders. The direct hydrostatic transmission also requires no maintenance. When maintenance is required, technicians have easy access to the components. Quick diagnostics can be performed using a laptop computer.
