The H20-H35 internal combustion engine forklift is powerful, easy to operate, robust, versatile, and requires minimal maintenance. Designed for loads between 2,000 and 3,500 kg, this forklift is particularly well-suited for prolonged, high-intensity work and for outdoor use in the harshest conditions. Hydrostatic drive, dual-pedal control, the Linde Load Control system, and optimal visibility ensure precise interaction between the machine and the operator. The forklift's unique design, combined with intelligent assistance systems, guarantees maximum safety. Wireless data transmission allows the H20-H35 to be integrated into software systems, such as fleet management systems. The forklift complies with the new EU 5 emissions regulation (2016/1627), exceeding the legally required emissions standards once again.

The asymmetrical and streamlined mast profiles, narrow A-pillar, spacious and bright operator's station, and low-profile front panel provide excellent visibility for the driver. The forklift's extremely thin crossbeam roof is optionally equipped with an armored glass roof that ensures good visibility. The forklift's low center of gravity, combined with a high steering axle turning radius, provides enhanced safety against tipping on curves. As standard safety equipment, Linde Curve Assist assists when cornering, while Linde Load Assist reduces the risk of rollover and load-related accidents. Ergonomics

The H20-H35 forklift offers an intuitively organized and ergonomic operating concept: the steering wheel, dual pedals, and Linde Load Control levers integrated into the armrest require minimal movement to operate. To prevent bumps and vibrations from being transmitted to the operator, the drive and steering axles, as well as the mast, are decoupled from the chassis by rubber bearings. A wide selection of ergonomic seats actively protects against postural injuries. Features such as air suspension, lumbar support, seat heating, and seat ventilation provide added comfort. The 3.5-inch display shows the operator important forklift information at a glance.

Handling

The combination of hydrostatic drive, an industrial engine, an innovative operating concept, ergonomic design, and optimized all-around visibility enables productive load handling. Dual pedal control and the Linde Load Control joysticks ensure precise control of all travel and mast movements. Frequently used functions can be optionally grouped using freely assignable pushbuttons on the armrest. The design of the mast profiles and the tilt cylinders in the overhead guard ensures high residual load capacities at high lifting heights, as well as torsional stability. The Linde hydrostatic transmission and the forklift's industrial engine minimize fuel consumption and maintenance effort, thereby increasing availability and reducing operating costs.

Technical service

The robust design of the H20-H35 counterbalanced forklift and its wear-free, maintenance-free components, such as the hydrostatic drive system and lubrication-free tilt cylinders, ensure high operational availability. There is no need to replace the hydraulic oil filter or coolant pump, and the hydraulic oil change interval is 6,000 operating hours. The powerful and robust industrial engine incorporates maintenance-free spur gears and, unlike passenger car engines, does not require replacement of the drive belt. The Engine Protection System (EPS) and—especially in extreme outdoor temperatures—the Truck Health Monitoring sensors provide additional protection against engine damage. Thanks to the transverse engine mounting, the maintenance openings are exceptionally generous, making it very easy to access and replace relevant components for servicing.
