This is thanks to the perfectly matched combination of advanced diesel engines, gearboxes, and hydrostatic drive. This technology guarantees exceptionally high load handling performance, especially for long-distance transport. Furthermore, the operator of these vehicles enjoys excellent all-around visibility, as key components such as the mast and counterweight have been designed to optimize visibility.

Security

The armored glass roof not only provides the driver with full visibility of the elevated load but also protects them from falling objects. Large cab doors offer virtually unobstructed views of the surrounding work area. The exhaust system, air intake, and optional climate control system* are also positioned in the vehicle so as not to obstruct the driver's field of vision. When reversing, a loud warning tone (85 dB) is emitted to alert other drivers and pedestrians.

Ergonomics

Thanks to the vehicle's optimized visibility design, the driver avoids unnecessary body movements. At the same time, they benefit from the ergonomic design of the spacious cab. The armrest and steering column are height-adjustable, all controls are easily accessible, and the bright color display is clearly legible. The low-vibration cab minimizes shocks transmitted to the driver. Multiple equipment options allow the workstation to be tailored to individual needs.

Handling

Despite their size and power, the HT100-HT180 D internal combustion forklifts are fuel-efficient, thanks to the perfect synergy between the cost-effective diesel engines and the hydrodynamic gearbox. This also translates into precise vehicle movement and acceleration. Furthermore, the operator can quickly and accurately control all mast functions using Linde Load Control, resulting in increased load handling efficiency.

Service

Robust engines and long maintenance intervals: In the MTU engine version, the HT100–HT180 D internal combustion forklifts do not require inspection until after 750 operating hours. With the Perkins engine, inspection is required every 500 operating hours. The Linde Service Monitoring System is available as an option for vehicles with a 7" color display. Its sensors determine actual performance and utilization levels, and the oil change interval is calculated based on this data. To expedite each service procedure, the service technician can tilt the cab forward to access components from both sides.
