The L14 - L16 AS/AS AP electric stackers are designed for the fast and efficient handling of pallets in confined spaces. Their compact external dimensions and small turning radius between stringers enable high load handling performance in even the tightest spaces. Available in two different versions, the stackers can be precisely tailored to individual warehouse needs: the version without an operator platform is practical for narrow aisles in high-bay and block warehouses. Thanks to the folding operator platform, the electric stacker offers greater comfort on long journeys. Both models prioritize operator safety, protecting their feet with a low-profile chassis and rounded corners. Powered by a 2.3kW AC motor, the stackers can transport loads of between 1,400 and 1,600 kilograms at maximum speeds of up to 10 km/h (in the version with a folding operator platform). The adjustable beams allow for the transport of closed pallets and loading platforms of varying widths. The high load handling speed is further enhanced by the electric steering, which enables precise and effortless maneuvering of the stackers.

Security

Given the high speeds and handling capabilities of the L14 - L16 AS/AS AP stackers, operator safety is paramount. Therefore, all wheels are located inside the chassis, protecting the operator's feet. There are also no sharp edges or corners that could cause injury. The load-dependent electromagnetic braking system reacts immediately when the operator leaves the platform, presses the emergency stop button, or releases the travel button. The stackers automatically reduce their speed when cornering.

Ergonomics

The L14 and L16 AS/AS AP electric stackers stand out in both versions for their simple and efficient operation. All travel and lifting functions can be operated with one hand—left or right—without the operator having to release the tiller. This makes handling loads easier and faster. The electric steering allows for customized steering resistance adjustment, enabling effortless transport and precise maneuvering. In the version of the stacker with an operator platform, the cushioned platform mounted on rubber pads reduces physical effort during operation and thus prevents fatigue.

Handling

Thanks to their ISO forks and adjustable beams, the L14 - L16 AS/AS AP stackers are ideal for handling closed pallets and loading platforms of varying widths. The Linde OptiLift® control system allows the operator to raise and lower the stacker mast with millimeter precision for effortless pallet handling. The 2.3 kW AC motor accelerates the forklifts between beams to speeds of up to 10 km/h (in the version with a folding operator platform). This enables the agile and efficient transport and storage of loads up to 1,600 kg.
