Precise handling of large loads

Powered by their robust 2.3 kW three-phase AC motors and high load capacities, the L14-L20 pedestrian stackers significantly enhance material handling performance. They are ideal for handling in narrow aisles or forklifts. An optional version with initial lift is available to increase ground clearance. This allows the vehicle to safely transport loads of up to 2,000 kg over ramps and uneven surfaces. The sensitive OptiLift mast control system simplifies handling, ensuring precise execution of all lifting movements.

Security

The Linde SafetyLift function prevents the mast from being raised unless the tiller is in the vertical position. Furthermore, the vehicle automatically adjusts its speed based on the distance between the operator and the vehicle, using the tiller's tilt as a guide. When the operator moves the tiller to its upper or lower end position, the vehicle activates an electromagnetic braking system, but slight resistance before reaching this position prevents unintentional braking. The optional load scale not only indicates the load weight but also provides an overload warning.

Ergonomics

All controls are ergonomically positioned on the steering wheel and are easily accessible, making everyday work easier. The same is true of the electric power steering, which allows the driver to maneuver without much effort. Generous storage compartments accommodate work devices such as scanners.

Handling

A lifting capacity of 1,400 to 2,000 kg and a powerful 2.3 kW AC motor: both factors guarantee efficient load handling. At the same time, the robust chassis gives the pedestrian stacker a high residual load capacity. The OptiLift operating concept enables precise load movements. Furthermore, the forks are gently lowered to the ground thanks to the Soft Landing function. The optional load weight indicator is also extremely useful in many handling operations. It displays the weight with an accuracy of +/- 50 kg up to a lifting height of 1,500 mm.

Service
