The MT12 pallet truck boasts an exceptionally compact design, providing excellent maneuverability even in confined spaces. This enables fast and efficient load handling in retail, narrow warehouse aisles, or production areas. The pallet truck is equipped with a lithium-ion battery that is easily replaceable via plug-and-play. It can be charged using an external charger from any standard electrical outlet. The effective parking brake securely holds the pallet truck in place, for example, on an incline. The MT12 features a robust chassis and reinforced forks, allowing it to effortlessly transport loads of up to 1200 kilograms.

Security

The operator maintains a safe distance during load handling thanks to the long tiller arm, which is mounted at a low height. The low-profile chassis protects the operator's feet. If the operator removes their hands from the controls, the electromagnetic brake automatically stops the pallet truck. Additionally, a waist-level switch on the tiller head allows the MT12 to be stopped in an emergency. The efficient parking brake securely immobilizes the pallet truck on slopes or inclines.

Ergonomics

Handling

Thanks to its powerful 0.65 kW drive motor, the MT12 pallet truck reaches a top speed of 4.5 km/h. This enables fast handling of loads weighing up to 1200 kg. Its compact design allows for easy maneuverability even in tight spaces. The lithium-ion battery provides up to 3 hours of continuous operation and charges in just 2.5 hours.

Maintenance

The robust DC motor enables extended operating times before maintenance is required, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Maintenance is quick and easy, as the service technician reads all data via the CAN bus system. An automatic lift stop at the maximum lifting height extends component life, protects the pump unit, and reduces noise levels. Furthermore, the battery is exceptionally robust: even short charging cycles do not shorten its lifespan. The battery management system interrupts the charging process in the event of short circuits or current overloads.
