The long, low-mounted tiller ensures the operator maintains a safe distance from the pallet truck in walkie mode. The low lower edge of the chassis prevents feet from getting caught under the pallet truck, thus preventing accidents. If the operator removes their hands from the controls, the electromagnetic brake automatically stops the pallet truck. Additionally, a waist-level switch on the tiller head allows the MT15 C to be stopped in an emergency. A parking brake keeps the pallet truck firmly in place at all times, even on steep loading ramps or inclines.

The electric drive provides powerful assistance to operators during work and can easily handle inclines of up to 6 percent, or 16 percent when unloaded. Thanks to its robust chassis and reinforced fork arms, the pallet truck can effortlessly transport loads of up to 1.5 tons. Suitable for short distances, the pallet truck reaches a maximum speed of 4.5 km/h when loaded, significantly streamlining handling processes. The forks can be raised to a height of 115 millimeters for easy load transfer. The continuous, manual lowering of the forks allows the operator to unload pallets quickly and accurately.

Service

The electric pallet truck is robust and reliable thanks to its metal casing. It can be used continuously for approximately 1.7 hours before the lithium-ion battery needs recharging. The battery requires only about 2.5 hours for a full charge. Shorter charging cycles are perfectly acceptable as they do not shorten the battery's lifespan. An indicator light shows the charge level, remaining operating time, and any error status. If the charge level drops to 10 percent, an audible and visual warning signal indicates that the battery needs recharging. The battery system, weighing only 3.7 kilograms, can be easily replaced via plug-and-play. When the battery is depleted, the operator can easily switch to manual mode. The robust DC motor enables extended operating times before maintenance is required, resulting in significant savings in service costs.
