HYDRAULIC PUMP

The GS range hydraulic pump is designed and built with extreme care and attention to detail. This gives our pump the following superior features and qualities:

• Monolithic design: The robust, one-piece housing protects the internal hydraulic components from accidental damage. The pump housing is CNC machined to achieve high-precision tolerances.

• Chrome-plated piston and oil retaining gasket: to prevent rust and oil leaks during use.

• Maximum pressure relief valve: safety device that protects the pallet truck against overloads.

• ON/OFF down valve.

STANDARD CONFIGURATION

• Nylon Wheels - Poly 45

• Nylon Rollers

• Ergonomic, single-curve tiller with all controls on one lever. The GS tiller is designed with larger gripping surfaces on the side for greater comfort during operation and to prevent excessive strain when pushing loads.

PAINT

The chassis, after a suitable conditioning operation, is painted with epoxy paint at a temperature of 250º to guarantee maximum durability and resistance to atmospheric agents.

EASY TO ASSEMBLE

Easy-to-assemble rudder with a quick-assembly system. Robust rudder connection with two welded lugs ensures greater strength even in the most demanding applications.

• Manually controlled brake. The pallet truck's brake, available with a rubber wheel, is adjustable via the tiller lever to ensure safe use on slopes and ramps. The locking function allows the pallet truck to be parked even on inclines.
